Apple Cinnamon Cupcake

This apple cinnamon cupcake is so soft and fluffy. It smells so good too. Feel free to add more around another 1/2 tsp of cinnamon if you like the taste stronger. But 1/2 tsp is just enough to bring out the smell and deliciousness. I use 2 kinda small Fuji apples but you can use any apples or substitute to one big apple instead of 2.
I forget to include milk into the picture. hahaha. 


Cut apple into small bite size
Ingredients
100 gm butter
70 gm sugar 
2 eggs,  beaten
100 gm flour, sieved
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
20 gm milk
2 Fuji apples

Methods
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. 
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add in beaten eggs little bit at a time until it's finish. Beat until well combined.
4. Sieved in flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder until well combined.
5. Mix in milk and mix well.
6. Add in chopped apples in, mix well.
7 Divide in into cupcakes paper.
8. Bake at the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until insert a toothpick or cake tester and if it comes out clean then it done.  . ( Different oven has vary heat and time)
